About HeliClaw

HeliClaw (HeliClaw AI Employee Platform) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered analytics and operational assistance for Amazon sellers. We help sellers understand their business, optimize listings, and improve advertising efficiency through automated insights and reports. HeliClaw is operated by Hunan Zisu Yuezhang Information Technology Co., Ltd..

With a seller's explicit authorization, HeliClaw connects to their Amazon store through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We retrieve store data such as orders, inventory, listings, pricing, advertising performance, and financial reports, and turn it into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Sellers can revoke access at any time.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), isolate each tenant's data, and apply role-based access control. For Amazon store data accessed through the SP-API, we comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy (DPP), and Solution Provider Agreement.
